Camp Terms & Condition

Each program/camp has a maximum number of seats and various per program/camp.  Students beyond the maximum number will be placed on a wait list. The wait list is based on first come first served. For more info about maximum seat per program/camp, please contact our xSpace Team at info@xspace.my. Only students who have submitted a completed registration document will be placed on the wait list.

Registration is only completed once the program/camp deposit or full fees are received by Mind Space. Applicants may place a non-refundable deposit for per student at the equivalent of RM 100 per program/camp per student at any time. This deposit will provide a reserved seat in the camp until the stated deadline for each program/camp.  Should a student's full fees not be received by the stipulated date, the reserved seats will be released.

Early bird fees are only applicable if the program/camp carries one and if fees (not applicable to deposits) are received in full before the expiry of the early bird price promotion for each of the program/camp, if any. Registrations received before the early bird price expiry WITHOUT receipt of camp fees will NOT enjoy the early bird price should camp fees be received after the expiry of the promotion period.

An applicant's deposit will remain credited to them for other Mind Space programs if it is forfeited for any of our program/camps.

Most of our camps are academic base. its primarily to cater for students during their school breaks. Have a look out for our camps.

Payment Options

2. Non-refundable deposit (RM100 per student)

Seat reservation for Non-refundable deposit expires: June 7, 2019.
If full payment is not made by expired date. Other registration will be made priority.

3. Wire Transfer

Upon completion of camp registration;
Step 1: Open your email (take note of your booking ID)
Step 2: Make online/wire transfer (bank details in email)
Step 3: Upload payment slip (Link is in email)

4. Over the counter: Cash/Cheque/Credit card


Upon completion of camp registration;
Step 1: Open your email (Take note of your booking ID)
Step 2: Go to our admin office (1MK Level 3)
*Atleast 3 days before the first day of camp
Step 3: Make payment
*Take note of your booking ID

Your booking will be confirmed after payment is verified. 

(Please note that registrations for camps are only completed once payment has been received. The management reserves the right to move registrations with incomplete payment to wait list should there be high demand for a camp).

 

 

Our program centralises on linking the gap between after school and before home. Catering for the intellectual and social sphere. Focused on knowledge, skills and values towards academic and holistic development.

Variety: Classes for children with activities centred on learning and mastering skills.

Group classes

Programs that offer group sessions will have a requirement of minimum students to begin. Depending on specific program.

One to one class

One to one is a private class. The availability is on first come first serve basis.

Membership package

Certain program offers membership plan. You will have full access to any session time within the membership duration.

12 Classes/Sessions Package

12 Classes/session module activities shall comprise of 12 weekly sessions of the purchased program. The duration of the 12 session should generally not be more than 12 weeks, after taken into consideration possible public holidays and replacement sessions (if necessary).

4 Classes/Sessions Package

4 Classes/Sessions module activities shall comprise of 4 weekly sessions of the purchased program. The duration of the 4 session should generally not be more than 4 weeks, after taken into consideration possible public holidays and replacement sessions (if necessary).

1 Class/Session

1 Class/Session purchase is generally used for walk-in or trial.

Create an account with xSpace website. You can create via google log in or manual entry of email. An email will be sent to you to verify your account. You will have complete control over the password and access setting.

With this account:

  1. you will be able to apply to any programs we offer
  2. Have your own record of past participation, invoice, billing
  3. You can view your active schedules
  1. There is no replacement class for a student who misses/cancel class due to his or her personal reasons.
  2. The replacement class will only be applicable if a class is cancelled by a teacher or Mind Space. Replacement class will be worked out based on the most suitable arrangement.
  3. There will be no refund for missed sessions that is not replaced.
  4. There is no lesson during public holidays.
  5. Program/class fee and charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All payment, invoice and receipts will be email and recorded digitally.

Online transfer is preferred to secure your booking.

Payment Options

Your booking will be confirmed after payment is verified. To make payment for your booking, please pay by either of the following ways:

  • OPTION 1 - Online/Wire Transfer:

  • OPTION 2 - Pay over the counter:

(Please note that bookings for classes and activities are only completed once payment has been received. You may wait to pay for your class or activity until the day you next come to xSpace, however the management reserves the right to reschedule or remove any uncompleted bookings should there be high demand for a class or activity).

Programs caters for ages from 3 and above – depending on program requirement

We are an inclusive centre – we try our best to cater for all types of special needs. Please contact us to inquire more on the specifics. We also welcome international participant. Long term and short term enrolment.

Levels – We aspire to evaluate the appropriate level for each participant accordingly

Materials and resources are not included in the program fees unless stated otherwise. You can refer to the trainer/Instructor on where to purchase any relevant materials/resources.

Centre/program hours : Monday – Friday / 3pm – 8pm & Saturday /10am – 5pm

Closed on sundays and public holidays and dependant on class availability
